MUSICAL HISTORY | I took piano lessons with a classical teachers for a few years starting in kindergarten, switched to jazz, and eventually started teaching myself. That’s when I felt the most progress; when I was self-motivated to learn, I did. I love making music with any kind of instrument I can find. (Although I can’t claim to be good at all of them) I began making mash-ups in 2003. I took an intro to recording arts course with the Levine School of Music in 2005, and applied those skills when recording “Plane Ticket” in Emily’s basement. |
INTERESTS | Other than music, I enjoy photography, listening to music, hanging with friends, web design, watching TED videos, international travel (when I get the chance), doing tech for the school play, using Ubuntu Linux, and waffles. |
MUSIC | I usually find myself listening to post-rock, other variations of rock, blues, jazz, electronic, and dubstep. |
